Jiangsu has taken the lead in launching the construction of a "pilot zone for high-quality development of foreign-related legal services" in China in a bid to create a national demonstration highland for foreign-related legal services.

According to the implementation plan, Jiangsu will fully leverage the advantages of Nanjing and Suzhou in terms of foreign-related legal service resources and build a demonstration zone for the aggregation of foreign-related legal services.

By 2025, Jiangsu will form a foreign-related legal service network that relies on Jiangsu and serve the whole country, while radiating and co-constructing major countries and regions along "the Belt and Road" by cultivating 350 foreign-related legal service talents, 600 foreign-related notaries on record, and introducing and cultivating 100 high-level talents for international commercial arbitration.

By 2030, Jiangsu will achieve comprehensive breakthroughs in the construction of pilot zones to form a foreign-related legal service system that is compatible with Jiangsu's economic development and level of openness.

By 2035, Jiangsu will significantly improve its comprehensive strength in foreign-related legal services so as to strongly support its efforts to promote the Chinese path to modernization.

In recent years, Jiangsu has made every effort to promote the development of foreign-related legal services, and has established 16 overseas legal service centers in 15 countries including Cambodia, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, and Brazil.
