The 15th High-tech Lithium Battery Industry Summit opened Tuesday in Jintan District of Changzhou City in a bid to accelerate the development of the global new energy vehicle industry through the gathering of upstream and downstream industrial chains for coordinated development of technology and industry.
More than 800 companies from the upstream and downstream industry chains of batteries, materials, equipment, and energy storage participated in the summit to carry out in-depth discussion of new challenges, new propositions, and new opportunities in the power battery industry.
Jintan District has established more than 100 companies related to the new energy vehicle industry chain, and nearly 30 companies involved in the field of core components and power batteries. The district has established a relatively complete industrial chain in the fields of positive and negative materials, separators, batteries, battery management systems and other power batteries, making it one of the regions with the longest industrial chain and the most comprehensive coverage in the new energy vehicle sector in the Yangtze River Delta.
