根据我市疫情防控最新部署,为进一步筑牢“外防输入、内防反弹”防线,现就加强文化旅游领域疫情防控有关工作通告如下:
Based on the latest deployment of prevention and control of our city, and to further strengthen the defense of “prevent the spread of the coronavirus from both within and without of a city”, hereby we announce the measures of prevention and control of epidemic in cultural and tourism field as follows:
一、暂时关闭各级文博场馆。全市各级图书馆、博物馆、文化馆(站)、美术馆、纪念馆等文博场馆暂时闭馆,取消或者延期举办各类活动。
1. Temporary closure of cultural and exhibition venues at all levels. Libraries, museums, cultural centers (stations), art galleries, memorial halls and other cultural and exhibition venues in the city are temporarily closed, and all activities must be cancelled or postponed. 二、暂时关闭经营性文化娱乐场所。全市网吧、室内歌舞场所、KTV、棋牌室、麻将馆、游戏游艺场所、剧本杀等暂停营业。
2. Temporary closure of commercial cultural and entertainment venues. The city's Internet cafes, indoor singing and dancing venues, KTVs, chess and card rooms, mahjong rooms, game or entertainment venues, script-playing clubs, and other similar venues are temporarily closed. 三、强化旅游景区景点动态管控。暂停开放A级旅游景区、旅游度假区等室内场所;室外场所严格落实“限量、预约、错峰”,日接待量不超过日最大承载量的50%,落实各项疫情防控措施,严格执行查验健康码、行程码、测量体温、规范佩戴口罩、保持安全社交距离、通风换气、清洁消毒等防控规定。
3. Strengthen the dynamic management and control of tourist attractions. Indoor venues such as A-level tourist attractions and tourist resorts will be temporarily closed; outdoor venues will strictly implement “limits, reservations, and staggered shifts”, and the daily reception capacity will not exceed 50% of maximum. Various epidemic prevention and control measures must be implemented and strictly enforced such as checking health code and itinerary code, measuring body temperature, wearing of masks, maintaining a safe social distance, ventilation, cleaning and disinfection, as well as other prevention and control regulations. 四、暂停旅行社及在线旅游企业经营活动。全市暂停经营团队旅游及“机票+酒店”旅游产品服务。对未出行的旅游团队,妥善处理好游客行程调整和退团退费等合理诉求。
4. Suspend the business of travel agencies and online travel companies. The city suspends the operation of group tours and “air ticket + hotel” tourism products and services. For tour groups that have not traveled, relating agencies or companies should properly handle reasonable demands such as adjustment of tourists’ itineraries and refunds for cancellations. 五、严格控制各类聚集性活动。全市暂停审批营业性演出活动,已通过审批的暂停举办。暂停组织和接待各类文艺演出活动。
5. Strictly control all kinds of gathering activities. The city suspends the approval of commercial performances. Those that have been approved shall be suspended. The city will also suspend any kind of organization or reception of theatrical performances. 六、严格落实宾馆酒店疫情防控措施。全市宾馆酒店按规定做好外省市来宁人员监测和登记。定期对电梯间、客房、餐厅、厨房、公用卫生间等公共设施和用具进行消毒。对所有客人进行体温检测,做到早发现、早报告、早隔离,发现体温异常者,及时向属地防疫部门报告。
6. Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures in hotels. Hotels in the city shall monitor and register guests from other provinces or cities according to regulations, and regularly disinfect public facilities such as elevators, guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, and public restrooms. Body temperature check should be done on all guests, to make sure of early detection, early reporting, and early quarantine. Those with abnormal body temperature should be reported to the local epidemic prevention department in time. 后续安排将视疫情变化情况,及时作出调整并提前向社会公布。本通告自发布之日起实施。
