Shanghai and Jiangsu signed 193 projects in Suzhou on Wednesday, marking the beginning of a new chapter in Shanghai-Jiangsu technological cooperation.
According to the comprehensive strengthening of science and technology cooperation agreement signed between the Suzhou Municipal Government and the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the two parties will strengthen cooperation in promoting the co-construction and sharing of innovative resources, and deepening cooperation in scientific and technological innovation in key areas.
193 scientific and technological cooperation projects were signed, and the award ceremony of the 2021 Shanghai-Jiangsu International Innovation Challenge was held.

We matched more than 200 needs in Suzhou with the scientific and technological achievements in Shanghai. This is of great significance to the development of the Greater Suzhou, the construction of the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center, and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
From January to September, Shanghai and Jiangsu built 71 technological innovation carrier platforms, held 168 industry-university-research matchmaking activities, signed 138 school-region and school-enterprise cooperation projects that include the construction of a number of innovation carriers including the Suzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of Shanghai Universities and the Suzhou Industrial Research Center of Large Aircraft.
