East China’s Jiangsu province is expected to reach approximately 117 million kilowatts in the highest load of power grid this winter and next spring.
As winter approaches, Jiangsu will face a power shortage due to electricity consumption peak, winter heating and low hydropower. To ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid, Jiangsu Power Grid will fully rely on cloud platform, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies to raise power resources inside and outside the province in advance. During the winter cold wave period, Jiangsu will go all out to ensure electricity supply for people's livelihood, public services and important infrastructures.
