Noting that market entities are the main participants in economic activities, the main providers of employment opportunities, and the main promoters of technological progress，the Governor hoped that entrepreneurs will thoroughly study and implement the important instructions of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, grasp the new development stage, implement the new development concept, coordinate development and security, adhere to the core position of innovation, stick to the real economy, promote the deep integration of informatization and manufacturing, improve the modernization of the industrial chain and supply chain, build an independent and controllable modern industrial system, and contribute to building new development patterns and promoting high-quality development.
He also called for further efforts to ensure stability on the six fronts and security in the six areas, and accomplish the targets and tasks of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
