9月29日，由江苏省商务厅和江苏省贸促会支持，徐州市人民政府和荷兰北布拉邦省经济发展署主办的“中国江苏·徐州——荷兰北布拉邦省创新合作交流会”在徐州举办。此次会议是第四届“中国徐州国际服务外包大会”期间举办的会议之一，来自江苏与荷兰北布拉邦省的相关商务代表、企业代表以线上线下两种方式参与此次交流会。
The China Jiangsu Xuzhou-Netherlands Noord Brabant Innovation Cooperation Conference was held Tuesday afternoon in Xuzhou. The conference was supported by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Jiangsu Sub-Council (CCPIT,Jiangsu) and organized by Xuzhou Municipal People’s Government and Noord Brabant Development Agency (BOM).
The conference is one of the sub-conferences of the fourth China Xuzhou International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference. Relevant business and enterprise representatives from Jiangsu and Noord Brabant of the Netherlands participated in the conference both online and offline.
会上，徐州相关部门和企业负责人与荷兰北布拉邦省相关部门和企业负责人，就物流班列合作运营、物联网智能芯片技术、工业设计等方面内容进行远程实时交流。
The participants carried out exchanges on the cooperative operation of logistics shifts, the intelligent chip technology of the Internet of things, industrial design, and etc.
荷兰GVT物流集团的中国代表 郝方舟
来自荷兰GVT物流集团的中国代表郝方舟认为这次交流会对于荷兰企业来讲是一个非常好的平台。“借助这个平台，我们可以更及时地获取本地的政策信息，以及同江苏本地的企业建立联系。”郝方舟还表示，GVT作为荷兰传统的物流企业，已经跟江苏省国际货运班列有限公司签订了战略合作备忘录，希望尽快开通江苏到荷兰蒂尔堡的物流专列。

此次交流会除了来自江苏的企业之外，还吸引到了来自长三角其他地区的代表。来自美国的李明达目前在杭州经营一家数字化转型领域的创业公司，吸引他参会的原因之一便是想了解数字化转型在不同产业领域的运用，尤其是在后疫情时代，这些新科技能如何帮助公司同世界联系在一起。他告诉记者：“有一位发言嘉宾抓住了数字化转型的核心，也就是通过技术手段让公司变得更加高效和灵活。”
In addition to enterprises from Jiangsu, the conference also attracted representatives from other parts of the Yangtze River Delta. Matthew Jensen from the United States currently runs a digital transformation start-up in Hangzhou. One of the reasons he was attracted to the conference was to understand the application of digital transformation in different industries.
"One of the speeches is really interesting and gets at the heart of what this digital transformation is all about, which is helping companies become more efficient and more agile by using technological solutions," he said.

荷兰北布拉邦省南京代表处代表王旭介绍道，北布拉邦省在高科技和材料方面是处在全球领先地位，在物流方面紧靠鹿特丹港和蒂尔堡铁路枢纽，是整个欧洲的门户。这些领域跟徐州的贴合度非常高。“根据江苏和北布拉邦省双方企业的要求，我们在会后也组织了一对一的线上洽谈，效果非常好。双方都有合作的愿望，也有合作的可能性。”
Wang Xu, chief representative of the Nanjing Office of Noord Brabant, said that Noord Brabant is in a leading position in high technology and materials. It also leads in logistics since it is close to the port of Rotterdam and Tilburg Railway Hub. These areas are complementary to Xuzhou.
"According to the requirements of Jiangsu and Noord Brabant enterprises, we organized one-on-one online communications after the conference, and it was well-recieved. Both sides have the desire to cooperate," Wang said.
在推介交流环节，双方企业代表还进行了线上对口业务合作洽谈。江苏省国际货运班列有限公司董事长李明同荷兰GVT物流集团总经理罗兰德在线就中欧班列的相关业务进行一对一洽谈。李明向记者介绍，江苏的中欧班列目前还没有直接到达荷兰，他们感觉荷兰和江苏省内企业都对江苏-荷兰之间的中欧班列有着强烈的愿望。他说：“我今天最大的感受就是双方有很强烈的合作愿望。因此，通过刚刚跟荷兰GVT总经理的在线交流，在已有的基础上，我们已经深入到具体的地面服务和运价等问题，为接下来能够实现江苏到荷兰的中欧班列打下了很好的基础。”

Li Ming, chairman of Jiangsu International Freight Train Co., Ltd., had an online communication on the related business of China-Europe freight train with the general manager of GVT Logistics Group in the Netherlands.
Li told us that Jiangsu's freight train has not yet arrived directly in the Netherlands, and they feel that enterprises in both sides have a strong desire for the direct freight train between Jiangsu and the Netherlands. "The two sides have a strong desire to cooperate based on today’s discussion," he said. "Therefore, through the online communication with the general manager of GVT in the Netherlands, we have penetrated into the specific issues including ground service and freight rate, which has laid a good foundation for the next step of the China-Europe train from Jiangsu to the Netherlands."
此次旨在积极研讨荷兰北布拉邦省在陆港物流、贸易、工业设计等方面与江苏省的产业契合度和互补性，宣传推介北布拉邦省和江苏省物流及工业设计领域龙头企业，积极探索与北布拉邦省在该领域合作的途径和可行性。
The conference aims to actively discuss the complementarity between the two sister provinces in terms of port logistics, trade, industrial design, promote the leading enterprises in the field of logistics and industrial design, and actively explore ways and feasibility of cooperation between Noord Brabant and Jiangsu.
