9月29日上午，由南京市人民政府主办，南京市城市国际化推进办公室、鼓楼区人民政府共同承办的“开放融世界·创新赢未来”——2020南京城市国际化发展研讨会成功举办。南京市市长韩立明出席并致欢迎辞。
On the morning of September 29, 2020 Nanjing Urban Internationalization Development Seminar was held in Jinling Hotel. Han Liming, Mayor of Nanjing, delivered a welcome speech.

韩立明市长首先对中外嘉宾来宁出席活动表示欢迎，她分享了南京打造国际化城市取得的阶段性成效，并指出，南京市在城市国际化实践方面重点抓住了四个方面的举措。一是放大独具魅力的人文优势；二是提升通达全球的城市功能；三是打造接轨国际的营商环境，全面接轨国际贸易投资规则；四是彰显开放包容的国际风范。
Mayor Han Liming welcomed guests from home and abroad, and shared the initial results that Nanjing has gained in the process of being internationalized. The first is to amplify Nanjing’s unique and attractive humanistic advantages; the second is to enhance Nanjing’s engagement and interaction with the world; the third is to create an international-standard environment; the fourth is to showcase an open and inclusive international style.

市商务局党委副书记、市口岸办主任丁爱民在南京市城市国际化专题推介中，用“创新、机遇、开放、活力、宜居”五个关键词介绍了南京的城市国际化发展环境，致力打造创新名城、美丽古都，促进创新领域对外交流合作。
Ding Aimin, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Director of the Municipal Port Office, introduced the international development environment of Nanjing with five key words, “Innovation, Opportunity, Openness, Vitality, Livability”. The internationalized Nanjing will be more open, more developed, more harmonious and more innovative.

在主旨演讲环节，第十三届全国政协经济委员会委员、国务院发展研究中心原副主任王一鸣，和科尔尼管理咨询公司全球合伙人王宇从构建“双循环”新发展格局，实施长三角一体化战略，全球供应链区域化、近岸化，在多层次全球城市网络中寻找差异化通路等方面给出了答案。

In the keynote speech section, Wang Yiming, member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, and Wang Yu, Global Partner of A.T. Kearney, shared their ideas on how to build a new development pattern in the changing global environment.

为进一步吸引海内外人才来宁创新创业,韩立明市长为在自贸试验区南京片区设立的首家“国际人才服务中心”揭牌，南京市人大常委会副主任林克勤、南京市政协副主席黄河向12位国际友人颁发首批“城市国际化紫金友好使者”聘书。获奖的国际友人与Hello Jiangsu分享了他们的获奖感受，同时也围绕南京近年来各个领域取得的发展和进步，谈了自己的看法。
To attract more foreign talents, Mayor Han Liming unveiled the first "International Talent Service Center" which is based in the Nanjing area of the Pilot Free Trade Zone. Lin Keqin, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, and Huang He, Vice Chairman of the Municipal People’s Political Consultative Conference, awarded the first batch of certificates of appointment to 12 international friends as “Zijin Friendship Ambassador of City Internationalization”. Honored with the award, some foreign friends shared their impressions of Nanjing along the years and the ideas on “how much Nanjing has achieved in the past years” with Hello Jiangsu.

莱考克先生第一次来南京是在2008年-2011年，这是他第二次来南京工作和生活。对于南京，他饱含深情。“南京的城市化进程让我惊叹。这座城市对外资公司非常地欢迎和包容。我希望南京有更多创新发展的机会，吸引更多的外资公司来南京发展。”

大概三年以前，伊格纳托维奇先生把他的公司落户在南京浦口开发区。从那以后，他的公司发展的非常迅速，并且在国际市场上占领一席之地。他对今天的成功感到欣慰，也对南京市政府的支持表示感谢。

江法慈先生已经在南京生活了5年，很喜欢目前的生活环境。“我们有一个外国人社区，不仅安全，还能给大家的生活提供便利。我们在社区里也相处融洽。”

在对话沙龙环节中，南京大学城市科学研究院院长张鸿雁，广州市社会科学院国际问题研究所副所长姚宜，欧盟商会南京分会董事会主席魏博，南京市涉外服务协会国际高级顾问贺福现场分享城市国际化发展经验，并围绕创新、产业、城市功能和城市形象的国际化水平提升等话题展开热烈讨论。
In the dialogue salon section, four guests shared the experience of urban internationalization development, and launched a heated discussion on the topics of innovation, industry, city function and city image. The guests were: Zhang Hongyan, Director of City Science and City Research Institute of Nanjing University; Yao Yi, Deputy Director of the Institute of International Studies, Guangzhou Academy of Social Sciences; Bernard Weber, Chairman of the Board of the Nanjing Branch, European Chamber of Commerce in China; as well as Frank Hossack, Senior Consultant of Nanjing Foreign Service Association.
