Huang Lixin, chairwoman of the provincial CPPCC, went on an inspection tour to Huai’an city to extend festive greetings to the needy model workers, low income families, and the elders in nursery homes and welfare homes.
Huang Lixin visited two needy people in Liulaozhuang Town of Huaiyin District.
She inquired about the family’s expense on medical treatment and family income, encouraging them to stand up against the test of life.
The chairwoman visited the home of Zhang Hongcai, a CPC member who joined the party before the founding of new China.
Huang later made an inspection tour of the nursery home in Dingji town where she chatted with the elders, scrutinized the menu and inquired about the daily operation.
Before wrapping up the visit, Huang Lixin visited a nursery home in where she toured the reading room and activity room to learn about the routine operation. She also visited the children’s welfare home to demand more care and warmth to be given to the needy people.
