她从600年前走来，
在江南水榭中，
于良辰美景时，
演绎一出绝美的爱情故事。
She came from 600 years ago,
In the Jiangnan platform,
During fine days with beautiful scene,
There performs a splendid love story.
她行走在文人雅士的笔墨里，
谓之“诗情”；
She walks in the articles
of the refined scholars.

她沉醉在春色如许的园林中，
谓之“画意”；
She strolls the garden
at such lovely time of spring,
That is "Elegance";
她在口耳相传中代代繁衍，
谓之“传承”；
She has grown
from generation to generation.
That is "Inheritance";
她从舞台到坊间润物无声；
谓之“创新”；
She is silent and soft
from the stage to the lane;
That is "Innovation";
词的绮丽，曲的婉转，
妆的华美，舞的雅致，
皆是属于中国、属于江苏的意韵流芳。
The beauty of poetry, the mildness of song,
The magnificence of makeup,
the delicateness of dance,
They are all beautiful stories
belonging to China,
belonging to Jiangsu.

在生活中，在舞台上，在人心里，
口耳相传， 润物无声。
