Huang Lixin, chairwoman of the Provincial CPPCC, went on an inspection tour Tuesday and Wednesday to Nantong to investigate the development of the private economy to pave the way for the upcoming meeting on the promotion of high quality development of the private sector.
Huang Lixin understands the problems and difficulties the private enterprises encountered in the production, operation and development, encouraging them to adhere to innovation-powered growth, maintain strategic resolve, and makes persistent efforts to promote the further development.
Huang also presided over a symposium to stress the importance of following General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and the arrangements of the provincial party committee and provincial government so as to constantly enhance the sense of responsibility for promoting the development of the private economy, and promote the high quality of economic development in the province with the high quality of the private economy.
The private economy should further strengthen its confidence and determination to continue its healthy development, she said, adding that private entrepreneurs must be brave in innovating and grasping opportunities, and play a greater role in the steady economic development of Jiangsu.
The chairwoman also pledged that Jiangsu will actively build a first-class business environment, continue to focus on the most pressing issues concerning the development of the private enterprises, continue to increase the reform of streamlining administration, delegating powers, and improving regulation and services, and further refine the practical policies and measures so as to provide strong support for the accelerated development of the private enterprises.
