A cargo flight route from Yancheng to Seoul and another one from Yancheng to Osaka were launched Wednesday. Being the first of its kind in the Yangtze River Delta, the cargo flight route is expected to boost the opening and trade promotion of the China-ROK Industrial Park in Yancheng. It will also lay the foundation for the opening of an aerial economic corridor that will connect the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta and Northeast Asia and reach out to the Belt and Road Countries. The route will be operated 4 shifts a week with the annual cargo throughput expected to hit over 8,000 tons.
