苏德·曼苏尔介绍她拍摄的照片和她与南京的故事
来自埃及的Soad Mansour（苏德·曼苏尔）是一名联合国工作人员，这是她第五次跟随联合国的赴华培训项目来到南京参观学习了。“我非常喜欢中国，喜欢南京菜，南京的博物馆也很有意思。” 她说着一口流利的中文，“我是埃及人，但我的心在中国，明年我还要再来。”
和众多参加联合国赴华培训项目的联合国工作人员一样，Soad Mansour也拍摄了很多关于南京的照片。这些照片目前正呈现在中国科举博物馆的“联合国工作人员镜头下的南京”摄影展上。

The photography exhibition titled“Nanjing Through the Lens of UN Staff Members” is currently held at Nanjing’s Imperial Examination Museum of China to showcase various photos of Nanjing taken by UN staff members like Soad Mansour.
联合国赴华培训项目已经持续了16个年头。自2004年以来，已有来自三十多个国家的上千名联合国工作人员踏上中国的土地，进行为期三个星期的学习和游览。
During their stay in Nanjing, they do not only study Chinese intensively at Nanjing University, but also visit different places in Nanjing, interact with Chinese people, and taste local cuisines so as to get an authentic experience of life in China.

那么联合国赴华培训项目是如何诞生的呢？这背后有一位南京人功不可没，他就是联合国前中文组组长何勇。
何勇
何勇曾任联合国中文组组长，是哥伦比亚大学语言学人类学博士，也是两次“21世纪联合国奖”获得者。谈及他设立联合国赴华培训项目的契机，他说：“联合国的工作人员都有国际视野，应该对中国有比较多的了解，但其实他们对中国的认知也不是那么深刻。通过这个项目，他们更加深入了解中国文化，这比西方媒体报道下的中国要真实很多。”

“In addition, since they come from all over the world, they could bring Nanjing and Chinese culture back to their home countries. Having a program like the UN China Study Program would bring mutual benefits to both the UN and Nanjing.” Yong Ho explained.
追溯联合国赴华培训项目成立的过程，原南京大学海外教育学院院长程爱民回忆道：“我看见那么多的联合国工作人员在学中文，他们那么热爱中文和中国文化，我想南大作为中国这么好的大学，我们能够提供一个什么样的条件让他们到中国来学习？”由此一来，何勇便联手国家汉办和南京大学，发起了“南京大学暑期中文培训班”，这也就是后来的联合国赴华培训项目。

今年，何勇博士建立了自己的国际交流工作室，工作室就坐落于秦淮区的中国科举博物馆。

“International communication will be the main focus of this studio,” Yong Ho told us, “We would continue to closely cooperate with the UN and other metropolises worldwide like New York, and to invite experts of all fields to Nanjing to hold events. This way, we could bring Nanjing even closer to the world.”
