The regulations propose that local people's governments at or above the county level should include family education guidance services in the government procurement service catalogue, and select relevant social organizations to provide family education guidance services through government procurement, according to the regulations.
At the same time, the school's family education guidance work is included in the scope of education supervision so as to strengthen supervision and guidance. Village committees and urban communities should establish community family education guidance service stations and parent schools.
