In the middle of last year, Tongfu Microelectronics invested 2.58 billion yuan to target the most advanced fan-out type of packaging and testing technology in the industry, and started the second phase of the project. At present, both plants will be capped at the end of the month, and the plant construction is planned in the first half of the year.
After the implementation of the second phase of the project, the company will start the third phase construction in due course, eventually forming an annual production capacity of 3.6 billion packaging and testing IC products and 1.32 million wafer testing.
