Nanjing released its latest supporting rules to back up the 2019 version of the construction of an innovative city with global influence. Compared with the 2018 version, this year's rules focus more prominently on policy support by providing a full-chain support for enterprises at different stages of growth, including a one-off grant of 3 million yuan for enterprises listed on the technology and entrepreneurship market, techno-intensive enterprises are entitled to a sum of 500,000 yuan in one-off award and enterprises that participate in the pre-research of military equipment, key subsystems, and core supporting product projects are entitled to no less than 2 million yuan in funding support. This year’s policy support also target new R&D institutions and technology service financial institutions.
