The members of the CPPCC Provincial Committee argued that the speech of Secretary Lou Qinjian conveyed Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China by comprehensively summing up the remarkable achievements in the economic and social development of the province in 2018, analyzing the new orientation and new coordinates of Jiangsu in the new era, and making concrete arrangements for the province to create a new situation of high-quality development and gather momentum to shore up its competitive strength.
