East China’s Jiangsu province will make greater efforts for the optimization of business climate by easing the procedures for start-up registrations, according a document released on Wednesday by the provincial market supervision authority.
Jiangsu has promoted the widespread use of electronic business registration with 95.7% of the start-ups going through the registration procedures through online channels by the end of last November.
All the formalities for start-up registration are now handled online to slash the time spent on the procedures to 1.97 days on the average, fulfilling the target of finalizing the procedures within three working days, as is prescribed by the provincial party committee and the provincial government.
The streamlining of formalities and optimizing of procedures include such measures as real-time co-sharing on one application form by different administrative agencies, the launch of more handling centers and the provision of more integrated services.
An electronic certificate library will be launched to vigorously promote online verification and rely on electronic business license to ensure enterprise identity authentication, electronic signature, information sharing, authorization call and other functions.
