In order to brief the Chinese applicants on the formalities on the visa policies of some foreign countries and make it effective for Chinese applicants to go ahead with their school applications, Jiangsu International Channel and Litchi News have designed to present series of interviews titled Meet the Consular Officers.

/ 7月6日英国签证政策有了新调整，新政对于中国学生有何影响？
New policy went alive on the 6th of July. Is there any influence to Chinese students?
中国学生不再需要提供大量的申请材料及文件（例如英语语言能力证明、学位证明等）。
但是，英国签证及移民局依旧保留抽样检查的权利哦。如果被抽到，可能需要提供财产证明等材料。

/ 有多少中国学生申请英国留学签证，成功率如何？
How many Chinese students apply for UK visa? How's the success rates?
1. 2017年8.9万中国学生申请了第四层级学生签证（Tier4），同比增长15%。
2. 2.5万中国学生申请短期留学签证(Short-term study visa)。
3. 将近99%都申请成功了。
4. 在英国学习的中国学生有16.2万多人。
5. 现在英国为国际生提供了8万多种不同的课程。

其实非常容易。
1、在官网（gov.uk）填写申请表格
2、准备申请材料
3、前往签证申请中心递交材料（在申请过程中提交的材料包括护照以及一张照片，还需要采集指纹）。
