Lou Qinjian, secretary of the CPC Jiangsu committee, paid tribute to Zhou Enlai Memorial and his residence in Huai'an city on November 2.
Lou Qinjian called on the Party members and cadres to carry on Zhou Enlai's spirit, bear firmly in mind their mission, inherit the glorious traditions of revolution, and always adhere to our ideal and faith, leading the people to create new achievements in the new era.
Lou said that the lofty spirit of Premier Zhou Enlai sets up an example and will guide us to study and implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and write a new chapter of Jiangsu's development in the new era. He urged all to draw on and carry on Premier Zhou's spirit, follow President Xi's instruction to well build the premier's hometown, walk the Long March of the new era under the guidance of Xi's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and develop Jiangsu in a more creatively and innovative way.
