Wu Qingwen, deputy secretary of CPC Suzhou Municipal Committee and mayor of Suzhou, discussed further opening-up, innovation and cooperation via video link with Kent, senior executive for global operations at Roche Diagnostics and Harry de Wit, chief executive officer of Asia Pacific and president of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Fresenius Medical Care.

The city is now striving to speed up innovation in policy and institution, integrated institutional innovation in industrial chain and remove impediments to the development of biomedicine industry and companies.
