The 7th China (Jiangsu) International Catering Expo will be held at Nanjing International Exhibition Center in Xinzhuang, Nanjing, Jiangsu province from Oct 13 to 15. Sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial Catering Industry Association, the expo with the theme of “High-quality catering and healthy life” will include themed exhibitions, delicacy exhibitions and sales, a cooking skills contest, interactive experiences, an industry summit meeting and project promotions in the industry.
During the expo, many well-known delicacies and snacks will be available, including Huangqiao baked wheaten cake from Jiangsu province’s Taixing, abalone from Xiamen in Fujian province and sea cucumber from Liaoning’s Zhangzidao, but also well-known pizza and steak brands. In addition, creative large meatballs, international shrimp foods, mutton, beef, signature hairy crab, international fried rice, fashionable drinks, imperial crab meat and Nanjing’s featured dishes, recently made popular on the Internet, will also be showcased. This will allow food aficionados to see the many dishes on offer, while also attracting them to eat.
