East China’s Jiangsu province has stepped up the construction of major investment projects and ensured their smooth progress through every possible effort so as to fulfill goals for social and economic development.
The 12 individual buildings of the first phase of the Nantong Dieshiqiao International Textile Fashion Plaza project have been capped ahead of schedule. Workers are dismantling the first-floor formwork of the capped building and preparing for the next phase of secondary structural construction.
The entire project is expected to be completed in December 2025. Upon its completion, it will create a home textile brand cluster area and four major centers of design, exhibition, business, and digital innovation, promoting the internationalization transformation of the home textile industry in Dieshiqiao.
“We completed the topping out of the four-story single building in 68 days and completed the task ahead of schedule, laying a solid foundation for the overall project,” said Liu Ming, Project Leader of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Dieshiqiao International Textile Fashion Plaza.
With an annual turnover of over 240 billion yuan, China Dieshiqiao International Home Textile City is one of the world's three major home textile centers, on par with Frankfurt, Germany and Fifth Avenue in New York, USA.
Dafeng County is accelerating the construction of the Hongtian high-end lithium battery copper foil complete equipment project. Since the first phase of the project was put into operation, the localization of lithium battery copper foil equipment manufacturing has been achieved and reached the world's advanced level.
“At the same time, the second phase of the project is also actively being promoted. At that time, this place will become a leading domestic high-end copper foil complete equipment industrial park,” said Yang Jun, Assistant General Manager of Hongtian Technology Co., Ltd.
The enterprise can achieve annual invoicing sales of 1.5 billion yuan, tax revenue of nearly 100 million yuan, and provide 400 local jobs. At the same time, the project will also play a leading role in the industrial chain by attracting upstream and downstream enterprises to settle in the local area, and establishing a complete industrial chain.
