Nearly 400 exhibitors from 10 countries and regions participated in the World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference held at the Nanjing International Expo Center, showcasing the latest technological achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing by focusing on industrial robots, intelligent manufacturing demonstration applications, and solutions.

Focusing on the latest trends in the development of intelligent manufacturing, this conference has set up an industrial robot exhibition area for the first time, showcasing about 300 leading industrial robot products at home and abroad.

Various types of robots, including welding robots and collaborative robots, demonstrated their unique skills.

This mobile robot product carries goods weighing up to 3 tons and can move at a high speed of 1.0 meters per second.

The latest products brought by KUKA, a leading enterprise in the German robotic arms industry that participated in the exhibition for the first time, are designed to meet the safety production needs of multiple scenarios such as new energy vehicle manufacturing and heavy industry production.

"It is an omnidirectional heavy-duty robot that can move in any direction, with a maximum load of 3 tons," said Yu Xianwei, Project Manager of KUKA Mobile Robot Overloading.

This fully localized collaborative robot not only writes good characters but also helps people come up with ideas.

By combining with large models, robots can accurately recognize speech and issue instructions to complete tasks, greatly simplifying the machine operation process.

"This robot can achieve a maximum repetitive positioning accuracy of plus or minus 0.02 millimeters. In industries such as automotive, 3C, and semiconductor, it can complete gluing, nailing, and welding, helping many small and medium-sized enterprises to better complete transformation, upgrading, and development," Zhu Jingcheng, Event Planning Manager of Zhongke Xinsong Co., Ltd., said.

Many enterprises and research institutes have also focused on industry weaknesses to carry out innovative research. This mobile robot, developed by the Advanced Laser Technology Research Institute of the Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center, is used for on-site repair of key metal parts of large-scale equipment in marine engineering, nuclear power equipment, iron and steel metallurgy and other fields, meeting the requirements of timeliness and stability for maintenance support.

"The technical principle of additive manufacturing is what we call 3D printing technology. We have taken the lead in developing mobile on-site additive repair technology and complete solutions for on-site maintenance and support needs in China. From laser light sources, core component processing heads, to our control system, we have achieved complete localization of applications," said Xiao Meng, Deputy Chief Engineer of Advanced Laser Technology Research Institute, Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center.

This year's intelligent manufacturing conference has set a historic high in terms of the scale, level, and number of exhibits. In addition to showcasing industrial robots, the exhibition also features exhibition areas for intelligent manufacturing demonstration applications and solutions, intelligent manufacturing equipment, intelligent control systems, and supporting industries.
