A national symposium on the standardization of rural property rights transfer and transactions was held in Nanjing on Wednesday. Shen Ying, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wu Hongyao, Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, also addressed the conference.
Shen Ying pointed out that since the beginning of this year, Jiangsu has launched two provincial-level pilot projects, namely the registration and certification of rural contracted land rights and the reform of the rural collective property rights system by establishing and improving the rural property rights transfer transaction market so that a rural property rights transfer and transaction market system has been basically established.
Jiangsu has effectively played the decisive role of the market in the allocation of rural resources, promoted the orderly flow and optimized allocation of rural production factors, promoted the preservation and appreciation of rural collective assets, and increased the income and wealth of farmers so that it has made beneficial explorations for the standardized construction of rural property rights transfer transactions nationwide.
Wu Hongyao called for efforts to consolidate and expand the achievements of the reform of the rural collective property rights system, promote the standardization of rural property rights transfer and transaction, step up the moderate activation of various rural property rights, and ensure that all types of rural resource assets realize their due value under market mechanism allocation.
