East China’s Jiangsu province recorded a 10% year-on-year increase in rural property rights transactions in the first three quarters of this year, latest statistics show.
Statistics show that in the first three quarters, Jiangsu recorded 182 thousand rural property rights transactions, with a transaction amount of 19.63 billion yuan, an increase of 38.8% and 10.1% year-on-year, continuing to lead the countr in the number and amount of transactions.
From the perspective of transaction types, the trading volume of agricultural capital projects, land management rights, and collective operating assets ranks in the top three, totaling 66 thousand, 49 thousand, and 39 thousand transactions respectively, accounting for 84.1% of the total trading volume.
From the perspective of trading partners, statistics show that the main recipients of the transaction are farmers, family farms, and agricultural enterprises. The three types of recipients have respectively traded 127 thousand, 29 thousand, and 26 thousand projects, accounting for 99.7% of the total transaction volume.
From the perspective of trading methods, the province recorded 50 thousand online trading projects with a transaction amount of 7.13 billion yuan, accounting for 27.6% and 36.4% respectively, with year-on-year growth of 45.5% and 8.1%, respectively.
The comprehensive implementation of rural property rights transfer transactions has further facilitated the flow of urban-rural factors, activated the potential of rural resource factors, effectively prevented grassroots corruption, maximized the benefits of village collective transfer, driven local economic development, and promoted the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.
