East China’s Jiangsu province is getting ready for the 2023 Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival. Let’s take a close look.
In order to better showcase the achievements and promising prospects of agricultural and rural modernization construction in various regions, Jiangsu has designated the theme of provincial-level activities as "Gratitude, Progress, Harvest Celebration, and Demonstration for Prosperity Together" by arranging "1+5+N" activities that include one provincial-level home event in Gangang Village, Wulie Town, Dongtai City, and five provincial-level key events in Lishui District, Kunshan City, Haimen District, Yizheng City, Sihong County.
The event will continue until the end of September. Preliminary statistics show that during the Harvest Festival, around 300 different types of characteristic agricultural festivals such as the Rice Fragrance Culture Festival and the Lily Music Festival will be held in various regions.
