The fourth round of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Singapore Nanjing Key Project Cooperation Committee was signed at the 10th meeting of the Singapore Nanjing Key Project Cooperation Committee held in Nanjing on Tuesday.
Singapore and Nanjing have started practical cooperation in the past decade since the first meeting of the Singapore Nanjing Key Project Cooperation Committee in 2013. Nanjing has approved and established 175 Singaporean funded projects, with contracts utilizing foreign investment of 2.65 billion US dollars.
Enterprises in Nanjing have invested 41 projects in Singapore with an agreed investment amount of 320 million US dollars. Both sides recorded $10 billion in imports and exports. In the future, both sides are expected to continue to focus on the construction of China-Singapore Ecological Technology Island, deepen cooperation in two-way investment and trade, industrial technology innovation, and strive to achieve more mutually beneficial and win-win results.
