江苏省社会科学院研究员李良认为，面对百年大变局，要彰显文明古国的可敬的中国形象，更须加强国际话语体系建设：“我们要坚持推进文化自信自强，继续加快构筑思想文化引领高地、道德风尚建设高地、文艺精品创作高地，坚守中华文化立场，多维度、多层面揭示中华文明的独特贡献和时代价值，不断提升国际影响力。”
