成绩令人鼓舞，目标更催人奋进。党的二十大报告强调，高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。三位党代表如何理解这项“首要任务”？结合各地的发展实践，下一步又该如何推动这项任务落实落地？

坚持以大健康产业集聚发展示范区建设为引领，全力争创国家级原料药集中生产基地，到“十四五”期末，力争大健康产业达到4000亿元规模。
We will adhere to the construction of the demonstration area for the cluster development of the large health industry as a guide, and strive to create a national level API centralized production base. 打造海工装备和高技术船舶产业集群、汽车零部件和精密制造产业集群、化工及新材料产业集群、光伏和锂电产业集群，进一步提高产业集群度，到“十四五”期末，四个特色产业集群力争突破5000亿元规模。

党的二十大代表王晖：未来五年是全面建设社会主义现代化国家开局起步的关键时期。作为总书记亲临视察的城市、江苏的经济大市之一，南通将以创新引领高质量发展，把高质量发展作为现代化建设的首要任务，坚持创新核心地位，高水平建设沿江科创带，持续提升科技贡献度、塑造发展新动能，不断做大总量、做优结构，确保“十四五”末对全省经济贡献提高到10%以上；

Zhu Lifan, a delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: Over the years, we have vigorously maintained the stability of the supply chain of the industrial chain with the high-quality development of the industry taking rapid steps. Qi Congfeng, a delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: Jianhu County is located in the low-lying land of Lixia River, far from the Yangtze River and the sea, with less resource endowment, small environmental capacity and narrow development space.
