East China’s Jiangsu province will spare no efforts to create jobs for the college graduates through a variety of ways, according to a document released recently by the general office of the provincial government.
The Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce held a private enterprise job fair, and 200 high-quality enterprises provided more than 5,000 vacancies including medical technology and cultural communication.
Nanjing has introduced talent introduction award and subsidy policies. Many companies have provided more than half of the job vacancies to recruit fresh college graduates.
More than 600 job-seeking college graduates and enterprises have reached initial employment intentions.

Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics has held a number of campus job fairs, with nearly 100 companies providing more than 2,300 job vacancies in many advantageous and growing industries such as manufacturing and cultural tourism.
Taizhou held a talent recruitment fair at the Taizhou campus of Nanjing Medical University. 29 enterprises and institutions including Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group provided 174 job vacancies, and 132 people reached initial employment intentions.
