East China’s Jiangsu province has gone all out to help local enterprises tide over difficulties caused by the adversities from the covid-19 epidemic.
Workers at Toback Vacuum Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. were seen packing vacuum pump products to be exported abroad.
This is a vacuum system integration manufacturer integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and maintenance. Affected by the epidemic, the company was once bogged down due to the shortage of funds.
This first line of credit is funded by the "Changzhou Credit" program. Changzhou Credit Program combines public information from 21 departments including taxation, human resources and social affairs, and courts in Changzhou, and relies on big data to build an evaluation model. Banks can understand the current situation of enterprises in real time, and provide pure credit loans without any collateral on the basis.
Since its launch in June last year, more than 13,000 companies have submitted loan applications through Changzhou Credit Program, and more than 4,400 companies have obtained loans of more than 3.9 billion yuan.
The Human Resources and Social Security Department has also provided specific support for enterprises. A textile company in Sheyang county has been bogged down from the impact of the epidemic.
Sheyang County Human Resources and Social Security Department raised the proportion of social security refunds for small, medium and micro enterprises that do not lay off or reduce layoffs from 60% to 90%.
Catering, tourism and other companies that have been severely affected by the epidemic can apply for a phased deferral of pension, unemployment and work-related injury insurance premiums.
"We have fully implemented various subsidies for employment and entrepreneurship. For enterprises that have difficulties in production and operation due to the impact of the epidemic, we have instructed them to adjust their salaries, work shifts and shorten working hours to stabilize their jobs and help them tide over the difficulties," said Fan Jinzhu, Deputy Director of Sheyang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
