The Talent Office of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Provincial Department of Finance jointly released the Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Postdoctoral Program on Thursday.
Jiangsu will select 900 outstanding postdoctoral fellows each year to join Jiangsu enterprises and institutions to conduct full-time research by focusing on the national and provincial major special projects, cutting-edge technologies and major scientific research, and the development needs of advanced manufacturing industry clusters. Jiangsu will provide a subsidy of 300 thousand yuan to each talent, which will be allocated in two years. At the same time, various regions are encouraged to give scientific research, housing and other subsidies to the talents. Jiangsu will also establish supporting measures such as a green channel for professional title evaluation of talents to accelerate the attraction and training of a group of outstanding young talents who have entered the forefront of the world’s science and technology.
