Four agricultural parks from east China’s Jiangsu province have been included in the national funding list, according to the list of the fourth batch of 43 national modern agricultural industrial parks recently announced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Finance.
The four agricultural parks from east China’s Jiangsu province included in the national funding list are the modern agricultural industrial parks in Wujiang District of Suzhou City, Taixing District of Taizhou City, Xuyi County of Huai'an City, and Baoying County of Yangzhou City. Jiangsu has built 12 national modern agricultural industrial parks, ranking first in the country. The four industrial parks that have recently been selected into the national list enjoy strong policy support measures with relatively high level of development in the leading industries by providing a variety of production modes such as ecological pig farming, symbiosis of rice and shrimp, and green planting of lotus root.
