The measures include creating a good innovation environment, strengthening system integration innovation, actively striving for reform pilots, establishing an innovation evaluation mechanism, and establishing a fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism. In order to promote scientific and technological collaborative innovation, industrial chain open innovation, innovation ecology and business environment construction, Nanjing will carry out more cross-regional, cross-department, cross-industry and cross-field integrated innovation projects to achieve system integration and collaborative innovation. Nanjing will also encourage social entities to participate in innovation, open channels to collect institutional innovation proposals, and regularly publish innovation topics. If the innovative achievements are replicated and promoted across the country and the province, the main creative team can receive up to 600 thousand yuan of financial support.
