East China’s Jiangsu province will make unremitting efforts to ensure Party organizational support for social and economic development by following the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, according to a provincial meeting on party organization held on Monday.
In a written message delivered at the meeting, Wu Zhenglong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, required party organizations at all levels to thoroughly implement the party's organizational line in the new era, always put the party's political construction in the first place, strengthen the construction of leading groups and cadres in a strict and practical manner, and effectively enhance the political function and organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations, implement the spirit of the Central Talent Work Conference, and play a greater role in the new journey.
Zhao Shiyong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, required party organizations at all levels to accurately grasp the organization's work with the primary goal of serving and guaranteeing modernization so as to promote stronger party leadership, more rigorous and orderly organizational systems, more energetic cadres, and more active and effective talent work.
Zhao said we must work hard to carry forward the great spirit of party building, implement grass-roots party building promotion actions, build a team of cadres with strong politics, high skills, and courageous responsibility, create a modern pioneering area for talent development, and welcome the convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical actions.
