The equipment of the substation of the first station of the power supply system in Suzhou Rail Transit Line 6 was hoisted and constructed at Jinzhujie Station on Monday, marking the transfer of the line from underground civil construction to mechanical and electrical engineering construction.
The 36.12-km Suzhou Rail Transit Line 6 starts from the Suzhou New District Railway Station in the High-tech Zone in the west and ends at Xinqing Road Station in the Industrial Park in the east.The rail transit line is scheduled to open for trial operation in June 2024.
