The city of Changzhou has conducted a pre-registration of all-inclusive nucleic acid testing in a bid to strengthen the information-based epidemic monitoring and early warning network and build a sensitive urban immune perception system.
More than 3.8 million residents of Changzhou were required to pre-register for all-inclusive nucleic acid testing through the local government service platform "My Changzhou app" from 0:00 on January 4 to 24:00 on January 10.
Li Qing, Director of Changzhou Big Data Management Center, Deputy Director of Big Data Administration
We need to know the resident population of the city and how many people need to do all-inclusive nucleic acid,so as to accurately set the distribution of all-inclusive nucleic acid sampling points according to the registration, and make a good systematic reserve for possible future all-inclusive nucleic acid testing.
After the pre-registration is completed, the system will generate an exclusive nucleic acid "sampling QR code" for each citizen to ensure quick access to personal information in future nucleic acid testing and reduce the risk of cross-infection.
At present, Changzhou has set up 27 nucleic acid testing institutions, with 14 thousand people responsible for sampling. In case of emergencies, the city's 5.28 million people can be tested within 2 days with daily testing reaching up to 300 thousand tubes.
Cai Zhengmao, Deputy Director of Changzhou Municipal Health Commission
The Spring Festival is approaching, and the flow of people is increasing. We must strengthen the control of stations, airports and coach terminals. We must also strengthen nucleic acid testing capabilities to ensure that people who leave Changzhou can get nucleic acid testing reports as soon as possible. For those who return to Changzhou for the Chinese New Year, once we find an abnormality,we must make a plan to ensure a safe festival.
