The "Zhang Jian Forum" was held in Beijing and Nantong via video link on Monday. Hao Mingjin, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Dean of the Central Institute of Socialism, delivered a speech. Zhang Yizhen, deputy secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech at the Nantong venue.
