Thirty new projects such as Zilang talents, industry-university-research cooperation, and 6 cooperation bases were signed Tuesday at the 2021 Zhihui Chongchuan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit.

Thanks to the local "Excellent Talent Program", Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. won the first prize of "National Science and Technology Progress Award" by participating in the "High-density and high-reliability electronic packaging key technology and complete process" project.
The company has also built the first 12-inch 28nm advanced packaging and testing full-process production line in China. The 7nmCPU package is applied to a domestic brand of mobile phones, filling the domestic gap.

At present, the Nantong Research Institute of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications has transferred more than 100 invention patents or their licensing rights to local enterprises, served more than 100 colleges and universities in the province, and promoted nearly 20 industry-university-research cooperation with an amount of more than 2 million yuan.
