The launching ceremony of the International Youth Painting Exhibition 2021 was held Tuesday afternoon at Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation in Nanjing. Let’s take a look!
Lin Songtian, President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), addressed the ceremony online. Qian Wenhua, Vice President of Jiangsu Association for Friendship and International Exchanges, addressed the ceremony.
Five kids who met because of International Youth Painting Exhibition also came to the spot and told the stories of sister cities of Jiangsu. Amy is a young girl witnessing the exchange between Nanjing and the sister city of Kathmandu, Nepal.
The International Youth Painting Exhibition has been held annually since 2016. It has covered over 100 friendship cities in more than 50 countries around the world. Over 170 thousand teenagers from over 3,000 schools of the 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu and their friendship cities have participated the exhibition.
