Two Xizang children have arrived in Nanjing for medical treatment under the assistance of the Gesang Flower Medical Public Welfare program. The children come from Mozhugongka County of Xizang, a county supported by Nanjing under the pairing-up assistance program.
On July 15, the Nanjing medical team visited Xizang to screen more than 50 children, including deformities caused by congenital deformities, acquired trauma, and burns.
After completing more than a dozen operations, the medical team registered the children who were unable to be operated locally, including the two children that are being treated in Nanjing.
