Changshu Tianhe Co., Ltd. has rolled off the production line the world’s first super-large-diameter hard rock vertical cutter-head that will be used in the shaft construction of the world’s longest highway tunnel "Xinjiang Wuwei Expressway Tianshan Shengli Tunnel".
With a diameter of 11.4 meters and a vertical tunneling depth of 800 meters for the cutter-head, the shield machine will move down from the top of the Tianshan Mountains and remove the broken rock while digging vertically to ensure that the super-large diameter shaft is formed at one time.
Towards the end of this year, Jiangsu will take the lead in breaking through about 40 key core technologies and products in key areas such as integrated circuits, high-end special equipment, Internet of Vehicles, and new materials, cultivate about 3,000 new growth engines, and focus on supporting the application of 40 first sets of equipment, and further promote the high-quality development of "Made in Jiangsu" products.
