隔离观察人员就诊由社区安排车辆送诊，诊疗结束后接回隔离（封闭）场所；急抢救患者由市医疗救治组派专用救护车送诊；住院患者出院时，如仍在隔离期，通知社区接回。

A: In addition to designated medical institutions, quarantine hotels are equipped with common drugs and medical equipment as well as medical staff who will provide people under medical observation with basic medical services to treat symptoms not related to Covid-19. In other designated places for medical observation, sub-districts (towns), and communities (villages), medical services should be provided. Health commissions at the district level should provide mental health services for people in designated quarantine places. Quarantine observers can also seek online medical services for consultation, follow-up consultations, and prescription of drugs.
To seek medical services, quarantine observers shall be sent to hospitals by the community with fixed vehicles and sent back to their designated places after the treatment. For patients who need emergency services, Nanjing Municipal Medical Treatment Team will send them to the hospital with special ambulances. When an inpatient is discharged from the hospital, he/she will be sent back to the quarantine place by the community if the quarantine period is not over.
