01近期可以接种新冠疫苗吗？如何接种？
近期重点接种新冠病毒疫苗第二针，接种对象主要为距首针4周以上人员。各区接种门诊根据预防接种系统中应接种人员信息，按照先急后缓的原则通过电话、短信、公众号等方式通知相关人员前往接种，请市民按通知有序接种。
我市于8月1日开始对全市各区有序的恢复新冠疫苗的接种工作。全市在低风险地区将有序恢复新冠病毒疫苗接种。除江宁区外，其他区根据辖区内实际情况开放适量新冠病毒疫苗接种点开展新冠病毒疫苗接种。
1. Q: Can citizens get vaccinated recently? And how?
A: The second shot of COVID-19 vaccine is prioritized recently mainly for citizens who got their first shot more than 4 weeks ago. Based on information registered in the vaccination system and the required time interval between two doses, clinics in all districts will notify relevant citizens to get inoculated in an orderly manner through phone calls, text messages, official account announcements etc..
Nanjing started to coordinate the restoration of vaccination among all districts from Aug. 1. COVID-19 vaccination will be restarted in low-risk areas in an orderly manner. Districts (Jiangning District excluded) are allowed to open a certain number of vaccination venues according to realistic conditions.
02未成年人什么时候可以接种？
南京目前暂未开始。会根据疫情防控形势，适时恢复新冠病毒疫苗第一针次接种及对12-17岁人群和18岁以上人群进行接种。
2. Q: When can minors get vaccinated?
A: Right now minors are not accessible to COVID-19 vaccination. Inoculation of the first dose for people aged above 18 will be restored and inoculation for those aged between 12 and 17 will be started at an appropriate time pending on the epidemic situation.
03第二针超过8周接种有影响吗？
已经接种过第一针，但是错过第二针疫苗预约接种时间的市民也请不要担心，根据国家出台的《新冠病毒疫苗接种技术指南》（第一版），对2剂或3剂次的疫苗，未按程序完成接种者，建议尽早补种，不需要重新进行全程接种，补种完成相应剂次即可。
3. Q: Will the protective effects be affected if the second shot is administered more than 8 weeks after the first one?
Citizens who have missed the appointment date for the second shot has nothing to worry about. According to The Clinical Guidance for COVID-19 Vaccination (first version), those who have not got the second or third shot are advised to get the shots as soon as possible. There is no need to restart the whole vaccination process as long as the remaining shots are administered.
04第一针在南京打的，第二针可以去外地打吗？
可以。根据相关文件要求，可以在异地接种后续针次的新冠疫苗。
4. Q: May I get the second shot in other places if my first shot was administered in Nanjing?
A: Yes. According to relevant regulations, people may get subsequent doses in places other than where the first dose was administered.
05刚做完核酸检测，可以接种新冠疫苗吗？
可以。核酸检测和疫苗接种没有任何关系，市民可以根据安排进行。
5. Q: May I get vaccinated right after a nucleic acid test?
A: Yes. Nucleic acid test has nothing to do with vaccine inoculation and citizens may continue with their vaccination plan.

01儿童疫苗推迟对疫苗效果有影响吗？
大多数疫苗推迟接种只是推迟了接种疫苗产生保护效果的时间，而不会影响疫苗整体的、长久的保护效果（抗体水平和持久性）。有的疫苗需要接种多剂次，部分剂次适当延后接种、并不会减弱疫苗的保护效果。如果只是推迟几周，不用担心影响疫苗的保护效果。
1. Q: Will the postponement of vaccination for kids affect the vaccine-induced protection?
A: Delayed vaccination of most vaccines only delays the time for the vaccination to produce a protective effect, but does not affect the overall and long-term protective effects (antibody level and durability of the immune response). For vaccines that require more than one shot, the postponement of some shots won’t undermine their protective effects. If the subsequent shots are just postponed by several weeks, one doesn’t need to worry about the protective effects of the vaccine.
02多针次疫苗打了第一针，后续没有接种要重新再接种吗？
对于多剂次的疫苗，因为特殊原因后续针次没有及时接种，在条件允许下只要将后续的针次补齐就可以，不需要重新接种。
2. Q: Do I need to get re-vaccinated if the subsequent shots are not administered after the first one?
For vaccines that require multiple shots, if the follow-up shots are not vaccinated in time due to special reasons, no revaccination is required as long as the follow-up doses are supplemented.
