根据近期疫情防控工作要求，现就进一步强化禄口街道围合区域（东至禄铜路，南至达练岗河，西至原东湖迟家村，北至启航大道）疫情防控措施，专项通告如下：
A special notice on strengthening epidemic control and prevention in the enclosed area (to Lutong Road in the east, Daliangang River in the south, the original Donghu Chijia Village in the west, and Qihang Avenue in the north) of Lukou sub-district is released as follows:
一、加强围合区域管控
Strengthen management of the enclosed area
（一）围合区域所有机关单位、办公楼宇、经营单位、居住点出入口实行24小时值守，人员进出严格执行测温、验码、戴口罩、一米以上间隔等防控措施。
Entrances and exits of all government agencies, office buildings, business units, and residential communities in the enclosed area shall be guarded 24 hours a day. People going through these places need to strictly follow the epidemic prevention and control measures that include temperature measurement, health code verification, mask wearing, and keeping a distance of one meter from others.
（二）围合区域之外所有外卖、快递、投递等一律不得进入围合区域，实行无接触配送，在围合区域出入口指定区域中转存取，由志愿者取送。
All takeouts, packages and other deliveries outside the area are not allowed to enter the area. Designated places at the entrance and exit of the area shall be allocated to provide non-contact delivery service with the help of volunteers.
二、加强公共场所管控
Strengthen management of public places
（一）围合区域所有餐饮经营单位暂停堂食。
All catering businesses in the enclosed area will suspend dine-in meals.
（二）围合区域单位食堂（含机关事业单位、工厂、工地、企业等食堂）实行测体温进场、分批分时段就餐，用餐时应错位间隔就坐，具备条件的应当设立餐桌隔档设施。
People should have meals in canteens (including ones of government agencies, public institutions, factories, construction sites, enterprises, etc.) at different times to avoid gathering with body temperature being taken before entrance. During meals, they should be seated at a distance. We encourage partitions be set up between tables in canteens if conditions permit.
（三）围合区域聚集性、密闭空间文体娱乐等公共场所暂停开放。
Indoor recreational and sports facilities will be temporarily closed.
（四）围合区域药店、商场、超市等重点场所在严格落实测温、扫码、限流（按最大接待能力的50%实行）、保持1米间距等管控措施的前提下有序开放。
Pharmacies, shopping malls, supermarkets and other places providing essential service will be opened ( up to 50% capacity) in an orderly manner with epidemic control and prevention measures including temperature measurement, code scanning, crowd limiting, and distance-keeping being strictly followed.
三、加强活动管控
Strengthen management of human activities
围合区域严控群体性活动，减少人员聚集。市民少出门、不串门、不扎堆、不聚集。
Group activities shall be controlled strictly in the enclosed area to avoid gatherings. We urge citizens in the area not to gather together or pay a visit
四、加强个人健康管理
Improve personal health management
围合区域市民要按照政府的部署，有序配合开展核酸检测、疫苗接种，同时做好自我健康监测，如有发热、干咳、乏力、嗅（味）觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状，要及时向社区报告。注意个人卫生和健康防护，乘坐公共交通工具自觉遵守管控要求，主动配合防疫检查。戴口罩、勤洗手、保持社交距离，房间多通风、勤消毒。
Citizens in the enclosed area should take nucleic-acid tests and vaccination by following the deployment of the government. Residents are also advised to self-monitor health conditions and report to communities if having symptoms of fever, dry cough, fatigue, reduced ability to smell or taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, pink eye, muscle pain, and diarrhea. When taking public transportation, please comply with epidemic prevention and control measures and cooperate with epidemic inspections. Take precautions to reduce chances of being infected by wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, keeping social distance, ventilating and disinfecting rooms frequently.
本通告自2021年7月27日18时起实行，以上管控措施，将依据疫情风险评估结果动态调整。
This notice will be implemented since 18:00 on July 27, 2021. The above measures will be dynamically adjusted as epidemic risk assessment results change.
