Ten selective tour routes are being promoted in Jiangsu province to echo the annual edition of China Tourism Day which falls on May 19.
Wednesday marked the 11th edition of China Tourism Day, and this year's theme is "Green Development, Better Life".
The Jiangsu sub-venue celebration of the China Tourism Day went underway in Jintan district of Changzhou city Wednesday morning.
Ten selective tour routes were released at the venue while 512 tourist-friendly measures will be taken to ensure the smooth progress of more than 200 theme activities to be rolled out across the province.
The Jiangsu sub-event for the celebration of the China Tourism Day is also part of the the water rhyme of Jiangsu makes you more beautiful, a tourist promotion campaign going on in Jiangsu.
Since its debut in late March, the tourist promotion campaign has witnessed the launch of series of sub-events and the distribution of tourism vouchers.

Of Culture and Tourism More than tourist-friendly measures will be taken at the major tourist attractions of the 13 prefecture-level cities with half price and varied discounts to be offered. The ten selective tour routes will highlight green and ecological nature of tourism to help the tourists return to the wild and get close to the nature. A wide variety of theme activities were held across the province on Wednesday to mark the annual edition of the China Tourism Day.
