East China’s Jiangsu province has released a guideline on the acceleration of market-based allocation of factors of production, according to a news briefing held by the provincial information office on Wednesday.
Jiangsu will focus on the five major factors of production by proposing 30 policy measures on deepening the reform of the market-oriented allocation of industrial land, deepening the reform of the household registration system, and other issues.
The allocation of factors of production will also target the qualification of trading collectively-operated construction land, and the quota for land use guarantee in rural industrial development.
Priorities will be given to the promotion of the optimal allocation of regional, urban and rural market-oriented factors, and strengthen the factor guarantee for the construction of an independent and controllable modern industrial system as an important carrier to promote the real implementation of the market-oriented allocation of factors, and explore the empirical path for the reform of the market-oriented allocation of factors.
The Internet-based government administrative service network, covering all regions in Jiangsu, has provided online services for 2.1 billion people with the support of five basic databases including population, legal persons, and electronic certificates.
