The Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference went on an inspection tour in Suzhou city to learn about the progress of the Yangtze River Delta demonstration zone of green and integrated ecological development.
When inspecting the joint river chief park, Huang Lixin, chairwoman of the CPPCC provincial committee, requested that more efforts should be made to deepen the unified river chief mechanism so that the people in the Yangtze River Delta demonstration zone will enjoy green and ecological life.
When inspecting InnoSec (Suzhou) Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Huang Lixin was briefed on the R&D and industrialization of the third-generation compound semiconductor silicon-based gallium nitride, and encouraged the company to insist on innovation-driven development and strive to become the international leader of the third-generation semiconductor.
When inspected the Planning Exhibition Hall of Wujiang Fenhu Ecological and Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone and the Huanyuandang Ecological Coastline Demonstration Section, Huang Lixin emphasized the need to closely follow the integrated and high-quality development, step up exploration and innovation, ecological protection, infrastructure construction, improve coordination mechanisms, and achieve more results.
At a symposium held during the inspection tour, Huang Lixin demanded that efforts be made to study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions on the green and integrated ecological development of the Yangtze River Delta and implement the policies and decisions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government so as to accelerate the construction of a collaborative innovation industry system, coordinate the promotion of institutional innovation, strengthen ecological environmental protection and cross-regional cooperation, strive to create an eco-friendly integrated development model, explore development paths for the national strategies of the promotion of regional integrated development, and jointly build ecological and green Yangtze River delta into a national demonstration model.
