The technical team of NARI Group is leading the construction of a project called "State Grid Corporation of China Data Center". This project will effectively promote carbon emission supervision through the application of algorithm models and promote the transition to clean and low-carbon energy.

In order to increase the salary of the skilled workers, Jiangsu took the lead in the country by exploring the promotion of the collective bargaining system of "capability-based wages" in a bid to encourage companies to include employee skill levels and technological innovation results into factors in salary distribution.
2000 enterprises in the province have signed collective contracts on the capability-based wages by benefiting 660 thousand industrial workers.
Jiangsu has also established a variety of development paths for skilled workers to smooth the "green channel" for employees to climb up the corporate ladder.

The 13 prefecture-level cities and 96 counties have issued industrial reform plans. 785 enterprises were included in the pilot program to benefit nearly 3 million industrial workers.
